Sea Factor was the first Crewing Company which become a part and the trusted partner of the global online crewing service Crewell.net within CIS area. We are using all the advantages of Crewell to be the most effective manning agent for our clients.
Our crewing company maintains quality system standards in accordance with ISO 9001 since 1998 and MLC since 2012. Company Sea Factor LTD holds the license of Ministry of Labor of Ukraine #507928 for “Crew recruitment for shipping companies”.
MLC 2006 certificates have been mandatory since August 2013. Sea Factor is one of the first crewing agencies in Ukraine which was issued with a MLC certificate. We are constantly maintaining the quality policy and pass all the regular certifications.
